Orders and delivery

Transform Your Mix is an audio processing service operated by Sentir Studio in Rosebery, Sydney. We process each WAV through your chosen pair of vintage transformers. This is not a mixing or mastering service.

Each WAV is priced individually and includes one pass through one transformer pair. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Your order total and tax breakdown are shown before payment through Stripe. Your selected WAV files upload automatically after successful payment. Keep the upload page open until it confirms that the upload is complete.

We aim to email your files within 24 hours of a completed upload. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you.

You receive your RMS-level-matched, 32-bit float Transform WAVs alongside your unchanged original WAV files. Playback and capture use your file’s native sample rate. Transformer character varies with the music and the selected pair; the service does not promise a particular creative result.

Download links remain available for seven days, with up to 20 downloads. Save your files and keep your own backups. An expired link does not mean your audio has been deleted. If you need help with an expired link, contact us with your order number; recovery depends on whether the files are still available.

We retain private audio copies for processing, delivery, support and recovery. Cloud copies are not automatically deleted when a link expires or after 30 days. You can request deletion by contacting us. We’ll confirm what can be deleted and explain any information we must retain for transactions, disputes or legal obligations. We are not a long-term audio archive.

Final-mix discounts

If you order processing for a named group of stems, your delivery email includes a single-use code for one final stereo mix of that song. Recombine the processed stems yourself, export one stereo WAV, and place a new order using the same email address as your stem order.

The final mix receives the next additional-file discount after the number of stems in that group, up to the 40% maximum. One stem qualifies for 10% off the final mix; two for 20%; three for 30%; four or more for 40%. Your delivery email states the final price. The code becomes available when the stem order has been paid for and delivered. It can be used once, for one final stereo Mix WAV, and has no expiry date. It does not apply to another group of stems or an unrelated song. Existing codes keep the price recorded when they were issued.

Cancellations, refunds and support

If you change your mind, contact us before your processed files have been delivered and we’ll refund your payment in full. Once your processed files have been delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

If there’s a technical problem with your files or the service, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting the problem, reprocessing or a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.

For order help, cancellation, file access or privacy requests, email transformyourmix@sentir.studio. If an upload is interrupted after payment, return to your existing order to resume it. Do not pay again for the same order; contact us if you cannot resume.

Your music and permission to process it

You keep ownership of your music and recordings. By uploading files, you confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to have them processed. You give Sentir Studio permission to store, play, process and deliver those files for your order and related support.

We do not publish your audio, use it to promote the studio or use it to train AI models without your separate permission. Keep your own original files and backups. When processing stems, you are responsible for recombining them and exporting any final stereo mix you want to submit as a new order.

Privacy notice

This notice covers Transform Your Mix order processing and delivery. We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, order details, transformer choices, uploaded audio, filenames and related file information, and correspondence with us. Payment and billing information is collected through Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction information needed to fulfil your order; our order app does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

The order and download services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request information and necessary browser storage, to keep the service working, resume paid uploads and protect against misuse. The main Sentir Studio website uses Google tagging for measurement. These tags may process usage, device and online identifiers for measurement and advertising; they are separate from the audio processing service.

We use your information to take payment, validate and process your files, deliver your order, issue and redeem eligible discount codes, provide support, prevent fraud and keep business records. Order and delivery messages are part of the service.

We use Stripe for payments, Dropbox for file storage and transfer, Airtable for order administration, Resend for delivery emails and Fly.io for hosted order and download services. The studio website is hosted through Persona/Cargo. These providers receive information needed for their role. Provider processing and storage may take place outside Australia, including the United States. Their privacy notices explain their own handling practices. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We restrict access to the people and services that need it to operate and support the service. Private delivery links should not be shared with anyone you do not want to access your files. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for the purposes described above. Audio retention and download expiry are separate, as explained in Orders and delivery. Transaction and business records may need to be kept after audio is deleted, including for accounting and legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup retention period ends.

To request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion or raise a privacy concern, contact transformyourmix@sentir.studio. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We’ll investigate your request or complaint and respond using the contact details you provide.

We’ll publish an updated notice if these practices change. Material changes to an existing order will be communicated to the affected customer.
